- Please ship the item back by the deadline specified in the email. Failure to return the item by this date may result in the closure of your return request, and no refund will be issued.

- It may take up to 30 days for us to receive and process your return.
- Processing times may be extended during holidays, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any delays in a timely manner.

V. Refund Processing Time
- Once we issue the refund, it will typically be credited to your original payment account within 48 hours;
- Delays in refund posting may be caused by your financial institution. Please contact your bank or payment provider for further assistance;
- If you have not received your refund within the specified timeframe and have completed all required return steps, please contact us.
VI. Special Cases
1. Returns of Discounted Items
If the returned item was part of a discounted order, your refund amount will be adjusted proportionally based on the quantity and value of the returned item(s).
2. Accidentally Sent Non-Return Items
If you mistakenly send items that are not part of your return request, please contact our customer service immediately. Please note:

3. Returns of Bundled Items
