Back Soldering
This is our electronic component soldering station: Workers operate in accordance with specifications, raw materials are neatly arranged, and professional equipment supports smooth operations. All processes adhere to strict standards, to consistently guarantee product quality.
Electric Cantilever Tapping Machine
Its cantilever structure enables flexible operation, and paired with the electric tapping head, it can accurately tap internal threads on metal auto parts (such as brackets and housings). For example, the threads in the mounting holes of chassis brackets and the fixing bolt holes of fasteners are all produced using this machine.
It delivers stable precision, and switching between different tap sizes is convenient—letting it efficiently meet the thread-processing needs of various accessory types.
Fiber Laser Cutting Machine
Its enclosed body, paired with a high-power fiber laser system, enables precise cutting of large-sized metal sheets (such as carbon steel and stainless steel). In our production process, it is primarily responsible for cutting sheet metal blanks for auto components—including body structural parts, chassis brackets, and frames.
Manual Re-inspection and Random Sampling
Post-production, our products aren’t just tested by tools: prior to shipment, they also undergo manual re-inspection and random sampling (e.g., dimensional accuracy, assembly fit). Only when up to standard are they packaged and shipped—guaranteeing quality for customers.
Fuel Injector Testing Bench
This bench tests the fuel delivery of multiple injectors simultaneously (measuring output across operating conditions via test tubes). Paired with temperature control and parameter adjustment panels, it simulates engine operating temperature/oil pressure to check core performance: injection uniformity, atomization, and leakage.
A key device for fuel injector production and maintenance, it ensures injection precision—directly impacting engine fuel efficiency, power, and emissions.
CNC Lathe
CNC lathe—the core precision metal processing equipment in our auto parts manufacturing workshop, and an indispensable workhorse for producing high-precision auto components.
The machine is equipped with an intelligent digital control panel and an open spindle processing zone. It can realize automated turning operations through pre-programmed procedures, which ensures consistent processing accuracy for batch production. Not only does it guarantee the strict dimensional tolerance of each component, but it also significantly improves the efficiency of mass production, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent assembly of finished auto parts.
