[Customized Terms] For long-term cooperative customers and large-scale project orders, customized trade terms can be negotiated, such as the “FOB + designated freight forwarder + partial cost sharing” model.
III. Transportation Methods and Timeliness
| Transportation Method | Timeliness (Calculated from After Warehouse Shipment) | Adaptable Part Types |
|---|---|---|
| International Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS, etc.) | 7-15 working days | Precision electronic parts, high-value parts, samples, etc. |
| Cross-border Air Dedicated Line | 5-15 working days | Regular fragile parts, standard parts, etc. |
| Local Delivery from Overseas Warehouses | 5-12 working days (next-day delivery in some regions) | Popular inventory parts, etc. |
| Less than Container Load (LCL) Sea Freight | 25-45 working days | Medium-volume orders, etc. |
| Full Container Load (FCL) Sea Freight | 25-45 working days | Extra-large volume orders, etc. |
| China-Europe Railway Dedicated Line | 20-30 working days | Bulk orders for the European market, parts requiring higher timeliness than sea freight |
| Transportation by Customer-Designated Freight Forwarder | Implemented according to the freight forwarder’s plan (negotiated and confirmed in advance) | All types of parts (including oversize items/dangerous goods) |
[Timeliness Description] The above timeliness is for reference under normal circumstances. It may be delayed due to customs inspection, weather, holidays, port congestion, and other force majeure factors. If the delay exceeds 30 working days beyond the agreed timeliness, we will take the initiative to notify the customer and provide a delay explanation.
IV. Freight Calculation and Free Shipping Rules
1. Basic Billing Standards
- Billing Basis: Calculated based on the maximum value of “weight” or “volume” (Dense Cargo: Weight > Volumetric Weight; Bulky Cargo: Volumetric Weight > Weight). Volumetric weight calculation formula: Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm) ÷ 5000;
- Cost Composition: Basic freight + fuel surcharge + remote area surcharge (if applicable) + special part surcharge (if applicable);
- Currency Unit: Freight for all international orders is settled in US Dollars (USD). The cost is synchronized with the logistics provider’s quotation in real-time, and the amount displayed on the settlement page is the final cost.
2. Free Shipping Rules
- Scope of Application: Only applicable to parts clearly marked “Free Shipping” on the product detail page, or orders confirmed as free shipping after communication with us.
- Excluded Costs: Free shipping only covers basic freight, excluding remote area surcharges, surcharges for special parts (overweight/oversize/dangerous goods), duties, and import customs clearance costs (unless otherwise confirmed by communication with us);
- Cancellation Rules: If an order includes free shipping products and partial returns later result in the order amount failing to meet the free shipping threshold, the originally waived freight amount will be deducted when processing the refund (unless otherwise confirmed by communication with us).
3. Surcharges for Special Parts
| Part Type | Surcharge Standard | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Overweight Parts (Specific data subject to the actual ordered product) | +20% of basic freight | Including overweight handling fees and special reinforced packaging fees |
| Oversize Parts (Specific data subject to the actual ordered product) | +30% of basic freight | Custom wooden/metal frames required, occupying more transportation space |
| Dangerous Goods Parts (Lithium batteries/brake fluid/refrigerants, etc.) (Specific data subject to the actual ordered product) | +50% of basic freight | Including UN-certified explosion-proof packaging, dangerous goods declaration fees, and compliant transportation channel fees |
V. Packaging and Protection Standards
All parts are custom-packaged in accordance with international transportation standards (ISTA 3A/3B) and product characteristics, passing cross-border transportation shockproof, drop-proof, and moisture-proof tests to ensure the integrity of the goods. Meanwhile, we support customized packaging and logo services according to customer needs.
Supplementary Rules for Customized Packaging
- Applicable Scenarios: Brand customer promotion needs (e.g., printing brand logos on outer packaging), gift-grade part packaging (e.g., custom gift boxes), exclusive logos for corporate bulk purchases (e.g., printing company names/order numbers), etc. Customers must note “Custom Packaging Requirement” when placing the order.
- Customization Requirements: Customers must provide logo design files (in AI/PSD/PNG format with resolution ≥ 300dpi) and packaging material/process specifications (e.g., whether gold stamping or film coating is required) 7 working days in advance. We will provide design renderings for confirmation before production.
- Cost Description: Basic customization (only logo printing, no special materials) is subject to a corresponding per-unit service fee; complex customization (including special materials and irregular packaging) is calculated based on actual costs, with a quotation provided in advance and included in the total order amount after confirmation.
- Design Specifications: Logo printing must comply with the compliance requirements of the destination country/region (e.g., prohibiting infringing patterns, reserving positions for warning signs on dangerous goods packaging). We will assist in reviewing the transportation compliance of the design plan to avoid customs clearance delays due to design issues.
[Packaging Labels] Basic labels (order number, part model, etc.) and customized content (logo/exclusive logo) are marked together to meet both transportation tracking needs and customer customization needs; customized packaging for dangerous goods must additionally reserve positions for UN numbers and warning signs, without covering key safety information.
VI. Customs Clearance and Tariff Policies

- Export Customs Clearance: Undertaken by us, providing a full set of compliant documents (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, product certification documents such as ECE/DOT/SAE, dangerous goods declaration form if applicable);
- Import Customs Clearance:
- FOB/EXW Terms: Fully responsible by customers, who must prepare import licenses, customs clearance authorizations, IOR (Importer of Record), and other documents in advance;

- DDP Terms: We are responsible for the entire customs clearance process; customers only need to cooperate in providing receiving information and necessary documents (e.g., personal ID card/corporate business license).
- Customer-Designated Freight Forwarder: We cooperate in providing a full set of customs declaration documents; the customs clearance process is negotiated between the customer and the freight forwarder, and we provide necessary assistance (e.g., supplementary cargo information).

The rules for undertaking import taxes and fees such as tariffs, value-added tax, and consumption tax strictly follow the corresponding trade term agreements:
- FOB/EXW: Fully borne by customers, with the specific amount subject to verification by the destination customs;
- CIF/DAP: Borne by customers; we can provide tax estimation services (with an error of ±10%);
- DDP: Borne by us; taxes and fees are calculated in advance and included in the total order amount. If the difference between the actual tax and the estimated tax exceeds 10%, the overpayment will be refunded or the deficiency will be supplemented (based on the customs tax payment certificate).
3. Customs Clearance Risk Avoidance and Compliance Reminders
- Declaration Specifications: Truthfully fill in the cargo value and name; under-declaration or misdeclaration is prohibited (which may lead to customs detention, fines, or destruction, with responsibilities borne by the declarer);
- Product Certification: Auto parts imports must comply with the national standards of the destination (e.g., ECE for the EU, DOT for the US, INMETRO for Brazil). Products without certification may be detained by customs; please confirm local regulations before placing an order;
- Tariff Reduction and Exemption: Eligible orders can be provided with certificates of origin (e.g., USMCA, CEPA, RCEP) to help customers enjoy tariff reduction and exemption policies. Please inform us 7 working days in advance to apply;
- Handling of Customs Clearance Delays: Delays caused by missing customer documents or incorrect information shall be the responsibility of the customer, who shall bear the resulting port detention fees/declaration delay fees; delays caused by our document issues shall be borne by us, and we will accelerate the resolution.
